Our starting solids course is ideal to take when your babies are getting ready to start solids so between 5 - 6 months of age, as in this course we go in details of how to understand your baby is ready for solids, what product to buy or not buy and how to prep with feeding techniques and nutrition for the baby.

Yes, our starting solids nutrition course is not limited to any age, we recommend to take this course when the baby is going to start solids so you know what nutrition to offer them from the beginning, but the knowledge from this course is beneficial to be applied to foods of older babies and even your familes
